To the Delegates of the 6th CD Assembly,
My friends, thank you for visiting this website. I am a candidate to represent Colorado’s 6th Congressional District in the US House of Representatives, to provide dedicated service and to make a difference. I will introduce bills in Congress for the benefit of the district and the nation. I will be at the forefront of legislation, not merely a bystander or just marking time as co-sponsor of bills.

Will serve only three terms in the US House of Representatives per term limit voted by Coloradans
Education
Introduce legislation to keep subsidized Stafford Loans interest at 3.40% in the forseeable future
Introduce legislation to decrease unsubsidized Stafford Loans interest rate
Introduce legislation to increase family income limit to qualify for grants and loans
Introduce legislation to make sure only citizens and permanent resident aliens
qualify for loans and grants
Energy
Introduce legislation to tax oil companies’ windfall profits
Introduce legislation for tax credits to energy companies that build nuclear power plants
Introduce legislation to give tax credits to individuals who install heating or cooling units powered by renewable energy sources
Illegal Immigration
Introduce legislation to solve illegal immigration with steps that revolve around
these principles:
1. Illegal aliens leave the country
2. No amnesty and path to citizenship for illegal aliens caught in the country
3. Bar future entry of persons caught entering the country illegally or in the country illegally
4. Voluntary Departure and Semi-amnesty for illegal aliens
5. Guest Worker Program, win-win situation
National Security
Block any proposal for a watered-down Patriot Act
Support the War on Terrorism, in Afghanistan and Iraq, and domestic
Taxes
Scrutinize proposals for new taxes with a fine-tooth comb, block passage of
unnecessary taxes
Introduce legislation to tax windfall profits of oil companies; use windfall tax to fund tax credits for renewable energy sources, research for alternative energy sources and financial aid for educational grants and loans
Transportation
Introduce legislation to fund extension of T-Rex to 6th District suburbs
